Global Community Advancement Center (GCAC) is a Non-Profit, 501C3 community education and consulting organization whose primary mission is the use of training and technology improvement of workplace cultures for US based non-profits, community-based organizations (CBO), and public and government agencies. GCAC leaders also have rich experience in working with Non-Government Organizations (NGO’s) philanthropic institutions, and stakeholder communities in support of humanitarian projects in developing nations.
GCAC with its experienced consulting team of educators, trainers, researchers, and HR Managers has as its goal the enhancement of positive social transformation in agency workplace and CBO settings.
GCAC recognizes that systemic racism has deep historical and cultural antecedents and that addressing these problems take time, patience, preparation, and open involvement of all workplace stakeholders.
